SPECIAL BETS YOU SHOULD KNOW

special bets

Of course, there are many other forms of special bets. In soccer alone, you can bet on penalties, yellow cards, corner kicks, etc. – anything your heart desires. Try it out at https://casadeaposta.com.pt/.

Single and combination bets

In addition to the types of sports betting, there are various forms of betting for us as users of various betting platforms. I can use the simplest form, a single bet, to bet on the outcome of a game, but betting on a number of games, known as a combination bet, is also a common form of betting. The individual match predictions and the corresponding odds are multiplied. The result is the total odds of the combination bet, which I receive multiplied by my stake if all tips hit the mark.

Tip 1 | x | 2

special bets

Match 1: Schalke 04 – VFL Bochum 1.45 | 3.20 | 4.00

Game 2: Alba Berlin – Rheinenergie Köln 1.25 | | 2.75

Game 3: Tommy Haas – Andy Roddick 2.10 | | 1.65

Total odds of the 3-match combination bet: 1.45 * 2.75 * 2.10 = 8.37

Possible winnings with a stake of € 20: € 20 * 8.37 = € 167.40

System bet

A third option for placing my bets is the system bet. Here I also combine several games, but can allow myself one or more incorrect betting outcomes, depending on the system chosen. Frequently used betting systems are the 3 out of 4 system bet or the 4 out of 6 system bet. It is logical that I not only have to place my bet once, but must place my bet for every possible outcome.

In the case of a 3 out of 4 bet with a basic stake of €5, I therefore pay 4 betting lines [game A,B,C / game A,B,D / game A,C,D / game B,C,D] of €5 each, i.e. €20. This type of bet is usually only worthwhile for games with odds of 1.50 or higher.

TYPES OF BETS YOU SHOULD FORGET

special bets

There are always discussions about which bookmakers are the best. In addition to the payout key, the variety of the offer often plays a major role in the evaluation. However, the experienced bettors among you will know that at least 50% of these special offers are hardly profitable. In this article, I would like to discuss a few types of bets and explain the sense or nonsense of them.

CARD BETTING

There can be yellow and red cards in every game, but the bookmakers almost always set the same lines for the games. I cannot understand this. A card bet can almost only make sense on “over”, as the degree of chance is significantly lower there. However, this information is always part of such a tip:

– Do the individual players tend to commit frustration fouls, niggles or the like?

– How are the fan camps facing each other? (There are many more cards in derbies than in other games!)

– Which referee is appointed for the match?

The third point in particular is underestimated far too much.
