I have made the following improvements since I purchased the Annie B.

Stern pulpits
CDI Flexible furler
Jib for CDI
Life lines
The Annie B is a very clean sailboat and has been stored indoors during the winters.

I presently sail the Annie B at Lake Rathbun and the only reason she is for sale is my desire to move up to a bigger sailboat.
